Operation & Control
How is the system operated?
The entire lifting process is controlled fully automatically via two buttons on the operating lever. Incorrect operation is prevented by the system.
Is there a manual operating option?
Yes. In an emergency, each drive can be manually overridden via separate control buttons.
What happens in the event of a fault or power failure?
The ANYLIFT can be extended and retracted even without a power supply – even with a loaded platform.
- On the electrohydraulic system, this is done via an integrated hand pump.
On the fully electric system, the linear drives can be operated with a socket nut or a 13 mm open-end spanner.
Installation & Vehicle Compatibility
Is the ANYLIFT permanently installed in the vehicle?
The system is attached to the vehicle frame with approx. 8 screws and connected to the 12V on-board electrical system. Installation usually only takes a few hours. When changing vehicles, the ANYLIFT can easily be removed and integrated into a new vehicle – provided the dimensions fit.
What needs to be considered on the vehicle side?
Since the system is powered by the 12V battery, we recommend installing a secondary battery. This is not strictly required, but it increases operational reliability. Before purchasing the vehicle, we are happy to advise on recommended option codes from individual manufacturers.
How is the installation carried out?
The ANYLIFT is pre-assembled in Austria and then installed either at the manufacturer’s plant or at a certified partner.
Load Securing & Body Options
How is the load secured?
As soon as the load is on the platform, it can be lashed down directly. Lashing eyes are provided as standard, and airline rails are optionally available for this purpose. The load is already secured during the lifting process – no additional securing in the cargo area is necessary. There is no need to enter the cargo area.
Are additional superstructures possible?
Yes. The ANYLIFT serves as a modular base platform. We are happy to implement individual special superstructures together with our partners – tailor-made for your application.
Is the ANYLIFT also suitable for box body vehicles?
In principle, yes – however, this must be checked on a case-by-case basis, as the maximum possible lifting height is limited.
Technology & Operation
What payloads can be lifted?
- Electrohydraulic: up to 1,200 kg
- Fully electric: up to 600 kg
How heavy is the ANYLIFT?
The own weight is approx. 200–250 kg, depending on the configuration.
How does the system behave on uneven ground?
By pressing both buttons simultaneously, the platform tilt can be adjusted and matched to the ground surface.
Can the system also be operated on unpaved ground?
Yes, provided the ground is not too soft. If necessary, additional stability can be created by placing ramps or boards underneath.
Can the ANYLIFT be used in any weather?
Yes, operation is also possible without any problems in rain and snow.
Is the ANYLIFT washable?
Yes, the platform can even be cleaned with a high-pressure washer.
Maintenance, Inspection & Warranty
How often does the system need to be serviced?
We recommend an annual inspection by us or an authorised service partner to ensure proper function and longevity.
Is regular inspection legally required?
Yes. The initial acceptance inspection is carried out by us prior to delivery. After that, an annual inspection is required under the Austrian AM-VO regulation, which is usually performed as part of the regular service.
How long is the warranty period?
- New systems: 2-year warranty on all components
- Fully refurbished systems: 1-year warranty
Cost & Availability
What does an ANYLIFT Lift Loading System cost?
Since the price depends on various factors (e.g. vehicle type, drive type, body requirements, payload), we prepare individual quotes. A brief enquiry with the key parameters is sufficient for an indicative price.
Are used Lift Loading Systems available?
Yes, we regularly offer fully refurbished systems with a 1-year warranty.
Can the ANYLIFT be leased?
Yes, the system can be included as additional equipment in leasing contracts.
What is the delivery time?
Since each ANYLIFT is individually manufactured, the current delivery time is approx. 10–15 weeks.
Other
Can the ANYLIFT be mounted on a trailer?
In principle, yes – this must be checked on a case-by-case basis.
Is the transport of people possible?
There is currently no approval for use on public roads. Internal passenger transport (e.g. in clinics) is generally possible.
Is special training required for operation?
No. Provided the operator is of legal age, a brief introduction is sufficient.
Where can I see the ANYLIFT in person?
Our website and social media channels provide ongoing information about trade fairs and events. In addition, our field sales team is happy to arrange demonstration appointments throughout Austria.
